Eunice Circle will meet on Wednesday, March 8 at 6 pm in Fellowship Hall for dinner and fellowship. Our hosts this month are Lila Brown, Rachel Hemmerla, and Dorothy Engelhardt. Eunice Circle is open to all women whether members of the church or not. We have a delicious dinner and follow it with a brief program led by Jeanne Webdell. It is a friendship and outreach activity of our church and spans quite an age range, so no one is too young or too old to be a part. Please plan

Ash Wednesday and Lent are upon us. On March 1 at 3pm we gather for worship at Zion. While it is of course a work day, most of us are retired, especially those who might choose to attend an Ash Wednesday service. So let’s try this. Tell you what: If you want administration of ashes at some other time on Ash Wednesday, call me. I’ll show up to do it in some public place at a specified time which meets your schedule.

Cub pack 52 will be recruiting new cub scouts on Friday February 10th at 6pm at the church. Cub scouts ages are 7 to 10. Every new cub scout that joins will be given a free pinewood derby car kit! Boy Scout Troop 52 will also be looking for Boy Scouts which are aged 11 to 17 on Friday. If you would like to join scouting and can make it on Friday night, please stop by! Super bowl party is just about here! Doors will open around 5 on Sunday February 5th, there will be soup, hotdogs, brats, snacks, and football. If you don't like football, come for the commercials. We will also have board and card games to play while you wait for the next commercial break! Bring food, bring games, or bring friends and family! Or come by yourself, as long as you're ready to have fun!
